LHS appreciates the role that Consultation & Liaison Psychiatrists play in providing psychiatric treatment as part of the collaborative care model in inpatient, outpatient and ER settings. C-L psychiatrists are fast becoming an important part of the shared care model, as close integration continues with primary care and surgical teams to provide good outcomes.
